Weekend Missions: Manga Festival Singapore

My cousin is going to scream because sooner or later, I’m going to bombard this blog posts with Len and Rin pictures!!!

Yes, we went to the Manga Festival, more like Sarah, Nicole, Max, and myself. We went to the Arts House for the Manga exhibition, where there were rare items and stuff to see.

It wasn’t a very big exhibition, but the space featured a few favourites like Danboard, Space Brothers, Shinya Shokudo, and many others. If you realise the sparse text here, it’s because the only manga I’ve read are Pokemon Adventures, Fushigi Yugi, Gundam Seed, and most recently (Thanks Max), Honey & Clover.

My cousin, however, would have probably flipped despite the lack of Detective Conan (one of her recent favourites), I’d attribute it to these:

If you cannot already tell, my cousin is a huge fan of Len and Rin from the Vocaloid fame.

Overall, it was rather small, but I’d say it was really interesting, especially with the e-Manga readers and at the prospect of actually getting to read Space Brothers and other stuff. You had to do a survey upon entering, and while the questions were rather amusing, you get to walk away with a few freebies, so that was all good =).
